    Already filed an online complaint and also offline complaint after visiting eshwar nagar, Bhandup West electricity office. But nothing has been done so far.it is already 3 weeks after the offline complaint and 5 weeks for online complaint.

      I Rajendra S Vekhande, residing at Gone Nagar, Shahapur.
      My consumer number is - [protected]
      My electricity meter is not working since last 10 months. Every month i am paying Rs. 1130/- as a electricity charges. This amount is very huge as consider the our electricity uses. i have given the written complaint & also met to Mr. Johsi of MSEB shahpur, 2/3 times but still my problem is not addressed yet.

      I am fed up with the services of MSEB.

      We are not getting the single meter, officials are saying the meter is not available but new construction building which is made in front of our home got 24 new meters?
      MSEB has meters to give builders but not us?

      Request to you kindly look as earliest as i cant bare this amount more.

        I received my bill for JANUARY for Rupees 3160.00 which is absolutely incorrect last whole month nobody was living here the flat was completely vacant and empty still I received a bill of 3160.
        Last month I paid a bill of around 3000.

        I am surprised that how come I can recieve such high bill for using Two fans, two tubelight and a refrigerator. The meter reading is incorrect please stop sending average bill.

        I want this amout to be reduced and send me a revised bill.

          Hi,

          My consumer No. of[protected] and BU is: 0884

          I have made bill payment of Rs. 68770/- on 12th Feb at 09:56 and got a confirmation from ICICI bank. Payment was made via MSEB mobile app selecting UPI payment mode where Beneficiary UPI address was tpsl.[protected]@icici and my UPI address was also of ICICI bank.

          Beneficiary: TPSLGovernment
          Account: XXXXXXXX3230
          Date and Time: 12/02/2022 09:56:33
          Transaction RRN:[protected]

          Being both Beneficiary and my bank is ICICI bank, amount of transaction got debited but not credited. I checked with ICICI bank and they confirmed the payment successfully debited.

          MSEB bill department personal are not well equipped with online transaction and just keep checking where they received money from bill desk (TPSLGovernment).

          There is no clue where money got stucked and I am helpless here.

          Tried checking at TPSL but there customer service phone no is shutdown.

          Help needed to track down or reverse the payment.

            Today (14-Feb-2022) there is no power since morning 9 AM and it’s been almost 12 hrs. This is quite often observed in our area. ( Dehu and nearby) please take necessary action to bring back power supply in a constant manner.

              I had paid Rs. 1150 electricity bill for the month of December 2021, through the UPI on 13th January 2022 at 01:04 pm. Although the payment has been deducted from my account, the money has not been credited to Mahadiscom's bank account yet.

                  Mseb team should always inform their customer that there will be outage in our area as they in on 3rd of February that outage will be on 4th of February from 8am to 3pm, as we took leave from office as work from home is going on.

                  Today is 11th of February electricity outage is from morning 8am but there are still no intimation why there is outage and no text message, nothing.

                  Having worst experience due to this LCO issue with mseb they do not care how people will survive with their work those who are working from home and everything depends on it and they also torture us for paying bills before due date, they say “sir humare boss bolte hai bill ane ke 3days mai bill bharna hai ya fir aapka connection cut kar denge” and i get message from mseb that pay bill within next 15day or your connection will be disconnected, these LCO mseb team is threatening us and changing their policies. Now after outage no one is intimating of outage due to LCO issue no one is complaining about these people harassing and threatening to customers.

                    Voltage fluctuation and low voltage

                    Hi,
                    I am residing in khandoba mal road, lohegaon. I am always facing voltage fluctuation and due to this frequently my electric home appliances getting burnt out or damaged. Voltage is also very low during day and evening. Even we are paying high cost for new meter connection. The electricity staff saying it's because you people will be getting new transformer. Its been around more than a year and I don't see any progress. Please...

                    I am on rent in shop no.2 at sai darshan Apt, vijaynagar ( grahak no.[protected]
                    Since last feb 2021 shop was closed due to covid n family pro. Still i am paying all meter bill online .
                    On September 2021 i see meter was stopped so i gv online complain ( com.id[protected]. After two months, They chnge meter on 4 December 2021.
                    That time they said they will calculate previous reading as per use of new unit of meter.
                    New meter give 6 unit in January 2022 and 10 unit at February 2022.
                    As per calculate tentative monthly unit is 6-10 unit. Then last 12 months unit will be max 120 unit...but they show 185 unit
                    Even i give compline at local office, they just give letter but slove problem. Office person said as per complaint new online bill will be display within 3_7 days. But after 7 days not solve my problem.
                    Kindly do needful.

                        Since 7:30 pm on 2nd February there's no power supply at Atria Grande Society in Autade handewadi.
                        Not only active covid patient, aged resident and infants need certain facilities which aren't available without electricity been out for such long our.
                        Kindly pay attention to this and take some measure to resume power supply.

                              I Have installed solar 3kv system in my house. And my consumption is very less at present. 50% generated electricity going to MSEB. but MSEB STAFF Maharashtra is too lethargic. Inspite of complaint also and request also they are not ready to findout why monthly bill is coming too high. Already I made complaint on online also. But no use. If my bill problem is not solved only thing leftover to me to proceed consumer forum.. once again it is requested to check metre reading properly and send revised bill.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to inform you regarding a new flat I purchased in a newly constructed project of Vision Ace Society near Indira College, Tathawade, Wakad, the new meters were installed in month of Aug, 2021, initial few months correctly showcased zero consumption rightly so since the flat is not occupied till date without any occupants or tenants,

                                I was shocked to have received such high electricity bill for the month of Dec, 21 amounting to consumption of 538 units and Rs 6160/-I am quite disturbed as to how such an exaggerated amount of bill could have been reached, It is impossible to imagine getting such exorbitant amount of electricity bill, especially for a flat that is unoccupied till today, Needless to say there has been some anomaly or a breach of duty, or either the new meter appears to be faulty

                                I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue with MSEDCL, with reference no[protected] on 30th Dec, but till date I have not received any concrete resolution Therefore I personally decided to approach to section official and raise a formal complaint, I would like to inform you, I was appalled at the obnoxious behavior dished out to me by counter executive and the coworkers that I encountered during my visit to below place

                                Please be informed as an aggrieved consumer, I had gone to visit to the office to claim a dispute as my legitimate right and requested for an inspection of the meter, since I had received a very high electricity bill of a flat for an unoccupied flat, however most of the officers were cohesively rude and they had reached to forgone conclusions (preconceived notion) even without inspection stating that their meters are never faulty and I should not waste my time with them and instead chase the builder for resolution, they were totally unpleasant, unprofessional, uncooperative to us

                                I would hereby like to request you to please get my meter checked at the earliest, as I intend to use the flat by 31st Jan, 2022, however till the matter is resolved, till the meter continues to show inaccurate consumption, I am not even in a position to use the electricity, because if a vacant can show an extremely high readings of 538 units, just imagine it being moderately used can inflate further beyond normal expectations


                                I have already paid the electricity bill under obligation till the dispute is settled, I am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in the future billing cycle, I would be eternally grateful if you could settle this matter at the earliest, Also I am attaching the relevant documents like paid electricity bill receipt, meter inspection receipt electricity bill, old readings, current meter reading for your reference

                                  AC #[protected]. Firstly I got wrong Bill for month of November 2021. Wrong Meter reading of 557 unit was mentioned in bill and amount of Rs.6240 CHARGED. Wrong Meter reading of 22613 had been mentioned. I had complaint about this with helpdesk and complaint number[protected] and[protected] were raised. Actual meter reading for that month was 60 unit which was mentioned in my complaints. I have been told that this will be resolved in next month bill. In December 2021 month, bill amount of Rs. 6430 was charged as due and asked to pay bill otherwise electricity supply will be stopped. I paid on 28-Dec-2021 all Rs.6430 to avoid unwanted headache. Now for January 2022, I manually submitted meter reading of 22500. Even the person who took reading has mentioned 22500. But MSEB sent a bill of Rs. 1420 for January 2022. They should not charge me until meter reading crosses 22613 as I have already paid till that reading. Please find attached payment receipt and wrong Bill. Please help me in sorting it out.

                                  Kindly update on the request raised.. As stated earlier I paid bill till meter reading 22613 on 28-Dec-2021. Now bill amount should be Rs.0 till meter reading 22613.
