I want to lodge a complaint about a MSEB employee Mr. Sawant at Bhandup East in front of DAV college. When complained about an electric failure in our building on 11-Jul-2021 at 1 pm, he was rude and started giving bad words. He was drunk on duty. They have been disconnecting power without any prior notice many times in a day in Datar Colony which is irritating especially in these days of work from home with illogical increased electric bills...

My meter is faulty so my tenant getting default bill that is very high amount every month.

He visited Wadgaov pune Office multiple times and submitted application as requested.
Even We registered complaints online but no resolution yet.

They are directly closing request without any solution.

But this paid bill is added in current bill of june which should be paid before 12th july 2021. It is my humble request to you kindly generate a regular bill and reduce an amount of paid bill from current bill.

My consumer number is[protected], for flat number B403 Usha Coop Housing Society, Kopri, Thane (E).

The flat was rented and our tenants vacated the premise on 31st May 2021. The flat us vacant ever since, with no gadget being used. Despite the same, we got your bill number [protected] for Rs 3, 550/- (Rupees Three Thousands Five Hundreds and Fifty only).

We have paid the amount online.

Again, I have received bill for Rs. 2120/- which indicates no attempts have been made to clear my complaint status!

I did the online payment by scanning QR code from electricity bill to [protected]@icici. Money is deducted from my account but still they are saying bill is due and also no message regarding bill piad has come. ... Whats the problem and what should i do how should i gey refund

In our estate electricity down regularly every day so kindly find a solution & resolve our problem ASAP as production gets affacted due to this

माझा ग्राहक क्र.[protected] हा असून माझे दर महिन्याला इलेक्ट्रिक बिल 600 ते 700 रु. दरम्याण येत असते. परंतु मे महिण्यात माझे घरची लाईन बंद पडल्याने मी सावरगांव येथील लाईनमेन यांना बोलावून त्यांचा हातून लाईन सुरु करुन घेतली. तेव्हापासून माझे बिल हे 3500 रु. व आता चालू महिण्याचे 2770 रु. असे येत आहे. मी आज पर्यत कोणतेही बिल थकीत ठेवीत नाही. माझे घरी दोन फँन लाईट इतकीच व्यवस्था असूनसुद्धा माझेवर बिल जास्त येत आहे. मी एम.ई.सी.बी. येथे जाउन तोंडी माहीती सुद्धा देण्यात आली परंतु आज पर्यत माझे घरी कोणीही लाईन बघण्यासाठी आलेले नाही. करीता माझी अडचण दुर करण्यात यावी हि विनंती.

I have received false electricity bill of amount 4520 for june 2021 month for my 1 BHK apartment. I have only 2 Fans, 3 LED bulbs and 1 AC in this apartment. Since the climate was rainy & cold through out the month, A/C was very rarely used. LED bulbs are hardly being used at night time from 7 to 10.30 pm and fans too.

Then, At what basis I have been charged such a high bill. Even if you will compare with existing 3 months when the climate was more hot than june month, this bill is 4 to5 times higher than those bills.

Please immediately evaluate and send me correct bill ASAP.

मी खाली सही करणार सध्या राहणार श्रीराम वॉर्ड चंद्रपूर नम्रपणे आपले निदर्शनास खालील गोष्टी आणू इच्छितो -
१. मी महावितरण चा ग्राहक असून ग्राहक क्रमांक[protected] हा आहे व माझे घर वडगाव, चंद्रपूर येथे आहे. डिविजन 2160 चंद्रपूर असा आहे.
2. मी बँक ऑफ इंडिया मध्ये मुख्य प्रबंधक पदावर कार्यरत होतो. तेव्हा माझी मुंबई, अहमदाबाद अशा अनेक ठिकाणी बदली झाली त्यामुळे माझे घर बंद होते. तशी सूचना मी वेळोवेळी आपले चंद्रपूर येथील संबंधित कार्यालयास दिली होती. दिनांक 31.08.2017, 14.09.2018 चा अर्ज माहितीसाठी सोबत जोडत आहे.
3. फेब्रुवारी 2018 पर्यंत महावितरण ने बंद घराचे नियमाप्रमाणे बिल दिले. मार्च 2018 पासून अचानक महिना रू. 1500 चे वर बिल देणे चालू केले. ते वाढत वाढत रू. 7680 पर्यंत पोहचले. मी अर्ज दिल्यानंतर ते मार्च 2019 पर्यंत अग्रिम रकम म्हणून रू. 1300 असे दुरुस्त करून दिले. त्याचा भरणा मी 18.09.2018 ला केला. (रसीद सोबत जोडत आहे).
४.जरी मला बिल रू.7680 चे 1300 करून दिले तरी ऑफिस रेकॉर्ड वर ते दुरुस्त केले नाही व बिल तसेच वाढत राहून रू. 13000/- वर पोचले. मी गुजरात येथे ऑडिट विभागात काम करीत होतो त्यामुळे मला वैयक्तिक चंद्रपूर ला येणे झाले नाही. तरी मी वेळोवळी फोन व email द्वारा आपले कार्यालयास कळविले परंतु काही कार्यवाही झाली नाही.
५. मी दिनांक ३०.०६.२०१९ ला बँकेतून सेवानिवृत्त झालो व जुलै मध्ये चंद्रपूर ला परतल्यानंतर मला असे समजले की माझे विद्युत कनेक्शन जानेवारी २०१९ मध्ये बेकायदेशररित्या खंडित केले आहे. मार्च २०१९ पर्यंत अग्रिम पैसे भरले असताना जानेवारी २०१९ मधे पुरवठा कसा खंडित केला हे विचारणा करण्याकरिता मी बंगाली कॅम्प परिसरातील अधीक्षक अभियंता कार्यालयात गेलो तेव्हा तेथील कर्मचारी श्री जिवतोडे अत्यंत उद्धटपणे बोलले व मला consumer forum मध्ये जा व वरून म्हणाले की शेकडो केस मध्ये अजून एक केस वाढली तर आम्हाला फरक पडत नाही. त्यावेळी माझे सोबत माझे बालमित्र गजानन नीलकंठ दारवेकर हे देखील होते (श्री दारवेकर महावितरण मधून लेखापाल म्हणून सेवानिवृत्त झाले होते).
६. त्यानंतर आम्ही बाबुपेठ कार्यालयातील मुख्य अभियंता श्री कुरेकार साहेबांना भेटलो. त्यांनी आम्हाला बंगाली कार्यालयातील अभियंता श्री मानकर साहेब ह्यांना भेटण्यास सांगितले. नंतर आम्हास असे सांगण्यात आले की विद्युत पुरवठा खंडित होऊन ६ महिन्यांचा वर कालावधी पूर्ण झाले मुळे तांत्रिक दृष्ट्या पुरवठा सुरू करता येत नाही व मला नवीन कनेक्शन साठी अर्ज देण्यात सांगितले.
७. जरी माझी काही चूक नव्हती, तरी उगाच संघर्ष टाळण्यासाठी, त्यांचे सुचणे नुसार मी नवीन कनेक्शन साठी दिनांक 17.05.2020 ला अर्ज केला. तो अर्ज करूनही १ वर्षाचे वर कालावधी उलटून गेला परंतु अजून पर्यंत काही हालचाल व निर्णय नाही. आता मला असे सांगत आहे की नवीन नियमानुसार एका नावावर २ मीटर देता येत नाही. संबधित मीटर माझे कडे मागील ३० वर्षापासून होते जे बेकायदेशररित्या काढून नेले. घर बंद होते असा रिपोर्ट स्वतः कापसे साहेब ह्यांनी दिला. त्यानंतर ऑफिसने बिल शून्य असे केले परंतु अजूनपर्यंत मीटर लाईन दिली नाही.
मी रामनगर येथील अभियंता श्री कापसे साहेबांना वेळोवेळी भेटलो परंतु ते मीटर देण्यास टाळटाळ करत आहे. आता मला असे सांगितले की अर्ज करून ६ महिन्यांचा कालावधी उलटला असल्याने नवीन अर्ज करावा. त्यानुसार दिनांक १७.०६.२०२१ ला पुन्हा अर्ज केला त्याचा नंबर.३१८१०७०६ हा आहे परंतु अजूनही काही कार्यवाही नाही व मला विनाकारण शारीरिक व मानसिक त्रास देणे सुरू आहे. सध्याचे बिल पाहिले जून 2021 तरी ते उने रू.570 दाखवत आहे ह्याचा अर्थ माझे अजूनही वीज मंडळाकडे रू.570 जमा आहेत. तसेच माझे मीटर deposit चे जमा आहे..तरी वीज कनेक्शन खंडित केले हे सर्वस्वी बेकायदेशर आहे.
९. मी अनेक वर्ष बँकेत व त्यापूर्वी पोलीस विभागात काम केले होते. प्रत्येक विभागात मनुष्यबळ कमी असल्याने सर्व तणावात असतात ह्याची मला जाणीव आहे. तसेच माझे बालमित्र श्री दारवेकर जे महावितरणचे कर्मचारी होते त्यांचे मागील वर्षी कोरणा मुळे निधन झाले, त्यांचे सांगण्यावरून मी इतके दिवस शांत व संयमाने राहिलो. परंतु जवळपास २ वर्ष उलटूनही काही निर्णय होत नसल्याने मला माझी कैफियत आपलेपुढे मांडणे भाग पडत आहे.
१०. माझे सारख्या शिक्षित ( B.COM, LL.B) माणसाला जर इतका त्रास सहन करावा लागत असेल तर सामान्य नागरिकाला काय भोगावे लागत असेल ही कल्पना करू शकतो. मी वरिष्ठ नागरिक असल्याने मागील वर्षीपासून चे लॉकडाऊन मुळे घराबाहेर जास्त निघू शकत नाही.
११.ह्या अर्जाद्वारे मी आपणास विनंती करतो की माझे बेकायदेशररित्या खंडित मीटर ३० दिवसाच्या आत लाऊन द्यावे व माझे सारख्या वरिष्ठ नागरिकाला विनाकारण जो त्रास सोसावा लागला त्याकरिता रामनगर चे अभियंता श्री कापसे साहेब व बंगाली कॅम्प परिसरातील अधीक्षक अभियंता कार्यालयात काम करणारे अधिकारी श्री जीवतोडे हयांचेवर उचित कार्यवाही करावी.
१२. आपणाकडून योग्य सहकार्याची अपेक्षा असून आपण मला आंदोलन करण्यास भाग पडणार नाही ही अपेक्षा आहे. धन्यवाद.

The Behaviour Of The Staff Is Very Unprofessional From They Have An Rude Kinda Attitude Which Needs To Be Changed. They Speak In A Very Rude Manner Like Goons To Senior Citizens.

From last 4 months meter reading is not done and average bill was coming, now this months after reading a bill of total amount was sent ( which includes the last 3 paid bills as well) which is 6 times higher than the average normal bill. Complaint was logged at mahadiscom site with number[protected] which was closed with some sense less comment. Now again after reopening the complaint its closed tht complaint sent to some office with meter display issue. Now I can't pay this inflated bill ( due to meter reading issues)

MSEB DP outside the house is tilting as moles have dug and made the soil loose under the DP. Also, rainwater running down the slope seeps into it causing danger.

I am writing this mail regarding my bill payment, as I have paid my Electricity bill on dated 29-06-21 through MAHAVITARAN Mobile app using BILLDESK, but my app is not showing any of the updates regarding this payment. I also have discussed this issue with customer care on dated 30-06-21 and they told me to write an Email regarding the same to you.
