    I think it's a kind of scam from MSEB.
    Meters become faulty in 2 years only and later they calculate bills on average basis. The calculation of average is strange, with previous bill amount which should be spreaded across real number of months and then the average should be calculated. Due to this wrong calculation method people are getting heavy bills. MSEb authority know about this issue and they are silent because they are gaining money from prefessionals who can not afford giving time to handle queries with MSEb. Many of professional do not get time to see the issue and MSEb is taking undue advantage of the situation. MSEb custome care is just a puppet they ask us to visit section office which professionals can not afford perhaps due to certain situations. Request someone to please make MSEb teach a lesson.

      I have paid September2021 bill of Rs 350 (after correction) in cash on 18.10.2021 at Panvel Bhingari office. The same is shown as not paid and added in the current bill generated. Due to this the bill amount is very high. Kindly update the records and revise the current month generated bill. I am facing this problem of high billing since last 3 months. Every time I have to take leave n visit ur Panvel Bhingari office personally for bill correction n cash payment. Kindly arrange to stop this harrasment else I will have to file a case in consumer court as a last resort.

        Respected sir/maam,
        The street light near our house is not working from 3 months, due to which we are facing alot of problems. We request you to please repair the light as soon as possible for our betterment.

          I have a bungalow at New Tungarli Road, Behind Fariyas Hotel, near Johnson & Johnson Bungalow, Lonavala, Khandala, by the name Aaren Villa.
          My meter no is [protected] and consumer no is[protected].

          Since two months the MSEB transformer of our area is not supplying three phase current to my meter as the same is faulty. We have many times raised a complaint and also contacted the MSEB for the same but we always get a reply that there is no transformer available and once they receive a new transformer the same will be replaced.

          We have notice that at many places the transformer is being replaced but our area is always avoided.

          We are unable to visit our bungalow as there is no water in our premises as the water pump which which supplies water to our premises works on three phase current which is supplied by the MSEB transformer to our meter located in the pump room and as there is no three phase current the pump is unable to function due to this reason there is no supply of water from our PUMP room to the bungalow.

          We request you to please resolve this problem at the earliest as its past two months.

            Hi Team,
            I am raising this complaint against Mahdiscom/mseb Pune as high electricity bill has been charged to me.
            Mseb has charged me 1750 rupees monthly bill for 200 units usage. I am out of town for more than a month now and my flat is locked. Yet Mahdiscom has charged me for 200 units. Surprisingly my meter status is faulty for which I had raised a complaint with local mseb advisor assigned to Marunji location.
            I raised a complaint with mseb but they closed it without any information. I sent them email and tried calling their number as well but no luck. I did not receive any response on email as well.
            Mseb today closed the complaint with just one word "OK"
            Looking forward seeing a resolution from you.

                        I am located in Gothivali, Navi Mumbai.

                        We have so much Electricity issue since last couple of months now.

                        Every week (Once or twice )we have Elcetricity issue. Some time we have outage more then 12 hours.

                        Leaving in metro city now a days very challanging since we are facing issue of water more then 5 years now.

                        Even in my native place in gujarat e have 24/7 Electricity.

                        Do needful and help us.

                          There is frequent power outage in Khanda Colony, Khandeshwar area, Navi Mumbai.
                          Kalamboli Sub Divn.

                          There has been several complaints already raised on Mahavitran but of no help.
                          At this difficult time of Pandemic where people are working from home, this failed support of Electricity board is not leading anywhere.
                          In a place residing is a City\town where such daily multiple power outage is unacceptable.
                          This is total harrassment.
                          Request you to take appropriate action against Mahavitran managing Kalamboli Sub Divn.

                                  Hi,
                                  This is regarding frequent electricity cut- off in my neighbouring area.
                                  This is after new underground lining was done.

                                  The electricity is getting damaged from the same place persistent from last 6 month.
                                  Every time electricity is damaged in front Tulja bhavani mandir, Astyavinayak chowk.

                                  Every time electrician repair, and after couple of day, it gets faulty at the same place.

                                  After repeatedly complaint, electrician dig and repair the underground electricity line.

                                  This is the vicious cycle from last 6 months,
                                  In the pandemic situation where everybody is working from home. This is causing inconvenience.

                                  Request you to please kindly look into it on urgent basis as this is causing inconvenience to all o[censored]s.

                                      My name is Shanmugaraja Manian Thevar customer no[protected].

                                      I received a exorbitant bill amount Rs. 3150 for the month of September. I have been paying the bills regularly and have no outstanding amount. When I called the customer care they say that the bill amount for past six month was average d but in that case I should have received less bill amount for the past months but I didn't see any significant reduction in bill amount for the past months.This is not te first time this is happening it's been a regular practice by MahaVaitran Boling to sent High Bills to the customers with an excuse of Averaging bill amount.

                                      I would request MahaVaitran to treat every customer fairly and charge them based on their consumption and not apply the logic of Averaging going forward.

                                      I also want them to send me the revised bill with actual bill amount as the current bill seems to be incorrect.

                                        For august billing i have been charged with rs 3060 staying meter is faulty. Again in september i have been charged with same amount stating fault meter. On 16 sept 2021, i raised ticket by calling useless customer care[protected], stating my issue and to replace it. After that i keep on following up. Later on 22sept customer care executive told me you should visit electricity office and submit request for meter change. I did nit get this then why this customer care is being created just to make us fool. Then if this was the resolution then why i have been not informed in first place. Later i visited electricity office.there they said only when meter us available, it will be replaced until that you have to pay 3000.
                                        Does this make any sense. If goverment do not have enough meter, why i should suffer with default charge, which also confirmed by electricity officer that once meter is replaced even then these amount will be adjusted. Then what if you guys do not replace meter now, then i am liable to pay 3000 in oct, and same goes to every month.
