Energy voltage is much low from the night, whole night the energy voltage is low.
At the ganesh nagar road hanuman nagar tukum.
At this lane many houses loss their voltage from the night.
And i can try to complaining on toll-free customer complaint service but the customer service officer not responded to my call.

    Yesterday when I placed compliant in mahavitran for not supplying current, morning few minutes current came, then again the same problem we are facing now, I have attached proof for current fluctuating there after no current.
    Mahavitran has tortured entire diva people in past few months .
    Senior citizens are placing trouble again today some wires burned in transformer, Consumer no[protected].
    Entire diva is placing complaining on mahavitran, still no proper action taken on mahavitran transformer burning issues .
    No place in India might have faced this kind of problem .
    We are being tortured by improper power supply .
    Please help us and supply current to us in regular basis .

      This is my mahavitran consumer no.[protected]
      Since one month there is frequent current failure in diva east mumbradevi colony,
      Transformer burns every day, new wires and new equipment required are not supplied by mahavitran to repair.
      Daily current goes 24 times.
      Small babies are crying all night, senior citizens are facing trouble because of mahavitran power supply failure.
      Without fan it's hell for every diva living people.in short senior citizens are tortured by mahavitran power failure.

        Dear sir, i am getting a very excess bill that is above rs. 5000/- since 4 months.

        The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrantsuch a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs. 2500/- to 3000/-.

        I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theftof electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess billand when are you going to send your person to check our meter.

        I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest. Waiting for your immediate action. Thanking you.

          Generally, my electric bill per month is araund 250 with approximately units of consumption monthly. But last two months i received bill for a very huge amount. Meter is not displaying the meter reading number.. So the electric bill give the approximately.
          I, therefore, request your good self to kind your representative to check our electric meter and have it replaced. I shall be grateful if my complaint it attended to as soon as possible.

            Sir,
            The request is that I am resident of Ravindra Kumar, 8 / B, Mumbra Devi High, Mumbra Devi Colony, Diva East, Thane, 400612.
            My general distribution is MSEDCL's power connection, my consumer no.[protected].

            My electricity bill is being scamed from December 2017.
            For the past 2 years, no electricity workers have ever been able to read the meter.
            But every month the wrong electricity bill of 81 to 100 units is being sent, whereas in my power meter 25 to 30 units of electricity are used per month.

            In my house, only two LED bulbs and a fan run; only in the morning and in the evening, the rest of the house remains closed. Still the electricity bill of 81 to 100 units is being sent.

            There is no problem with my electric meter, the faulty system is in.

            I also go to Thane / Mumbai, at most places I see roadlight lights burning in the afternoon of the day, lakhs of electricity is wasted and I can not stay away from it.
            Road lights burning during the day are considered to be a waste of electricity and loss of the country, and immediately photographed it through Twitter and send it to the Honorable Prime Minister, President, Union Power Minister, Chief Minister, Governor, DGP, Municipal Corporation and your office immediately I will shut down the power waste, you probably will know about it.
            Is the enmity of this nation service being removed from me, by sending more electricity bills?
            Is it a crime to serve the nation?

            This incident is being held with me for the second time, it was done in the year 2015 too.

            Pls take action and done the proper investigation.

              2) I went to my native place last month for some days all connection was switch off but still i have received bill of Rs.1320/-

                  It is requested to resolve the issue as to how to pay the bill online....

                  No rains no wind but power failure... Most pathetic service moreover with highest rate for electricity. Not a problem for one day but daily frequently power cuts... Unable to understand that whether there is problem in company or the persons they have appointed here in a big city like akola... Feel shameful as i have been to madhya pradesh and there is no such problem... 👎👎👎msedcl shameful.. 👎👎👎

                    My Self Mansi Manish Gurav. I stay at malad. I am having another home at Nalasopara- West, Rajodi. I received huge amount of electricity bill for my vacant home at nalasopara - west, rajodi. My meter is installed in the month of Aug.2018 . I received bill of Rs. 80/- for 4 months then Rs. 160 for 2 months. which I paid by my internet banking. Suddendly in the month of April 2019 I received bill of Rs. 49940/- for March 2019 - Rs. 37500 and for April[protected]/-. I was shocked after seen this huge amount. My Home is vacant only 3 Tube lights and 2 Fans are in my home. I rush to visit Vatar Office and lodge complaint to the officer. He said to visit main office of MSEDC Ltd at Nalasopara west office, Jaimala Appt. Nilemore office. I have visited to the said office. They ask to pay Rs. 1000/- and say i have to investigate. In next month i will get revised bill. But in next month again i received Rs. 37500/- Bill. Again I visited to nalasopara west office. There officer write on bill that not to paid . The bill will revised in next month. They ask me to visit Vasai - East office. Same day I went there. The officers told me that there is technical issue because of mistake of MSEDC Ltd employee I got huge amount. It will solved in next bill. Again I got Huge amount of bill in June 2019 ie Rs. 50420/- Yesterday I got message from MSEDC Ltd that My bill is not subject to revised pay bill immediately. What is going on i could not understand. For my vacant home i have to pay Rs. 50420/- ? I repeated request to officer that please come with me see my home. See my meter please change my meter. but officer said that unless my Huge bill amount problem has been sorted he will not change the meter.

                    I took leaves from my office for this issue. I am mentally harass with this issue. Please do the needful. Take me out from this issue

                      Dear sir we prajol developer hired 37 meters from your company on august 2018. But still we didnt receieved the mseb bill. After going to mseb office they gave a reply that its not our duty to look after this because the pc has been from your bill and gone to another area. Every month they give the assurance that this month your bill will come... But no.. Its not coming. The staff of mseb office bhosari is not good in their duty.

                        My conumer no with msedcl is[protected]. From last 2 months my electricity bill is very high compare to last 3-4years. Last month also i have complaint for high bill but they neglect & ask to pay full amount of bill, this month they have send double the last month bill. There has some serious problem with my meter or somebody might tempered my meter as the electricty consumption is not so high my house that it is 4- 5 times than last few months

                          Kharghar in navi mumbai now resembles a village in up or bihar, with power cuts every hour and water cuts lasting for over a week. Several complaints have yielded no improvement as the authorities seem to have other priorities.

                          Since basic citizen facilities are lacking in this city, kindly take it off the list of smart cities as the common people get no assured facilities.

                              We have been complaining since long for this with intent to pay.in fact the meter is in non use as the house is closed.
                              There have been written and oral complaints even online.
                              The bill is too high and stated to have been resolved but the bill on portal is not changed.
                              On line the complaints are stated to have been assigned to je and closed. How the same are closed is made never aware to the customer leaving the complaint resolution mechanism doubtful. The concerned may be accountable.

                                Kindly update on the status of my complaint as today i have went to koper kharine office for this they are very rude & non-co-operative about customer problems then i go to Ghansoli office they say you pay the charges for meter testing & then only we do something, i also asked if meter is tempered then they say we don"t have to do anything with it u have to manage yourself & check . Is this the behavior we are expecting from them, they are not at all serious about customer problems as they are not suffering from that ultimately customer bear loss by paying high bill because of there negligence.
                                Attach are images of receipt that i pay for meter testing & my last 5-6 months bill & payment history last month also i have given complaint but no attention is paid for that, pls help here.
                                Made a payment via phone pe UPI
                                yet not credited to MSEDCL
                                PAYMENT was regarding Solar power for agricultural.hope you will pay attention towards a farmer.
                                There was no issue with network.

                                  I have received the bill against my consumer number:[protected] billing unit 4167 for the month of may 2019. The bill is rs. 1100/- which is much higher.

                                  The meter reading considered by mahadiscom as 19388 (Where are this count came from?) the meter reading photo uploaded on the website is invisible (Attached msedcl web photo 19052019. Png)

                                  Hence, i checked the meter reading personally on 25th may 2019 and...

                                  Dear mseb team,

                                  This is with regards to my current electricity bill.
                                  Mseb electric bill for consumer no[ '[protected]] has been surprisingly high in june'19 month. Herewith i am sharing trend of last five months billing history jan'19 it was rs-510, feb' 19 it was rs 600 & mar' 19 it is rs 80, april'19 is was rs-80/-, may-nill, june - 2830/-.
                                  Initially flat was vacant due to this bills trend are lower, their no a/c or high current consuming appliance is used the small 1 bhk room. There is something definitely wrong in metering. A thorough investigation is to be done immediately to ensure correct metering in future and reimbursement of wrong charges to be obtain in my current bill.

                                  Need quick action to get the thing sorted out

                                    I have recieved an electricity bill of rs. 2580, for a consumption of 301 units. The current reading on the bill dated[protected] was 4645 units (Photo attached). Whereas my current meter reading is 4596 (Attached photo taken[protected]. My meter is still 49 units behind than what was recorded by mseb employee 8 days back, how is it possible? Utter negligence from mseb employees. No proper readings are taken, and we get inflated bills.
