Meter is the name of shri omprakash devisingh thakur, i am writing this mail to lodge a complaint regarding a faulty electric meter at my house.
My electricity consumer no[protected] is with area code bu2020 my address is sitasaongi camp, goberwahi, tah - tumsar, dist - bhandara
Generally, my residence electricity bill per month is around 600/- with approximately an average of 80-100 units of consumption monthly. We only 2 people are staying at residence with very little consumption of electric appliances.
But from the last few months, i received a bill for a very huge amount. Our regular electricity consumption is almost the same and therefore i can not possibly imagine why the bill will be so much.
The last 5-6 months of bills records are enclosed herewith for your reference. So many times we have registered a complaint to the nearest mseb office but not received any update on this matter.
I, therefore, request your good self to kindly send your representative to check our electric meter and have it replaced. Also, i kindly request you to reissue the new bills for the last month as this is wrongly billed. I shall be grateful if my complaint is attended to as soon as possible.
