This is manish kantiwal, consumer no.[protected]. Received the current month bill of rs.1590.
On 26th september i tried to pay the bill twice online using my kotak bank credit card (Bill pay) and both time i got the error message ‘request time out’.
When checked next day found rs.1590 got debited twice from my credit card towards bill pay however it is still not reflecting against my bill.

I checked with my bank and they are saying that the transaction is accepted by the merchant and asked me to contact the merchant.

Also let me know what will happen to the additional amount paid my me.

Requesting to look into it on urgent basis.
