Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL — electricity bill for non use of power as flat was closed.

My flat was close from 15/05/18 on words and due to heavy rain in june 18. There was water logging in the building. The msed could not taken meter reading and sent me message on mobile that we unable to take a meter reading and requested to send photo of meter reading. I was unable to do so as the meter box was in water, msed billed me for 164 unit consumption with rs. 1210/- in 7/18 which was paid on 4/8/18. Again in next moth the msed sent me for the same unit consumption with amount of rs. 2390/- without taking meter reading though there was no water and meter box was in visible condition. I checked the meter box and found that meter reading is not there and it is damaged. I reported to msed bolinj virar (W) and the wire man inspected the meter and informed that the meter to be replaced. The amount of bill of 8/18 amount of rs.2390/-i have not paid as there was no consumption and the bill was on the basis of last consumption. I was asked to pay provisional amount of rs. 150/- which i paid vide r. No.3043408 dated 10/9/18. The meter was replaced on payment of rs.300/- for rcc on 3/11/18 vide r. No.0806755. On replacement of meter i started using electricity from 15/11/18 and the meter reading was also taken by msed on same day. Now i am in receipt of bill for 11/18 for rs. 2210/-. Please examin the same & withdraw bill of 8/18 of rs. 2390/- as there was no any consumption.
