I, rashida dinesh bhakkad have installed solar panels (3.25 kw) at my rooftop as an alternate source of energy and for efficient use of resources.

Sir, i had installed solar panels in the month of july after permission for installation of solar roof top system and generation o[censored]nits has started from july itself. Till date our solar panel has generated 2052.5 kwh units. After installation your technician had fitted the meters accordingly to calculate exact generation and utilization o[censored]nits. After 3-4 months, i came to know that my meter installation was incorrect and that there was an error in installation of the meters by your technician (Please refer the photo enclosed). The generation meter was installed in place o[censored]tilization meter and vice versa. After registering a complaint through our solar contractor to your office engineer of the area, the error was rectified and the meters correctly installed. Please note that at the time of correction meter readings were noted by the technician.
I have been getting high electricity bills since installation. After correction of the meters the current bill amount was reduced for the first time. Sir, the technicians who come to take meter readings are not technically qualified to read solar panel generation units leading to the bills not being properly calculated. He has reduced only current months generated units from the bill and not the previous generated units. The energy generated by solar has not been subtracted from the total energy consumed by me. The total units generated since installation has not been adjusted in the total final bill.
I contacted my solar contractor to get it rectified. I have also sent requests for the same but no action has been taken on this matter.
Sir, the units generated has not been subtracted from my old bills prior to correction of the meters installed. Please rectify the same and correct outstanding due amount. It has been more than 6 months since my installation and the electricity bills and units have not been regularized. This has been very discouraging for me and has hampered my belief in alternate energy and efficient power sources. I am at a constant threat of disconnection without any fault of mine.
I request you to issue revised bill after considering solar generation units and correct outstanding bills.
