Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — energy bill payment failed but money debited from account

I paid the energy bill online on the msedcl website using my debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but bill wasn't paid due to an error. This message popped up on my screen saying "some error at response parsing". At the same time i got an sms from my bank saying that amount has been deducted from my bank amount. I request msedcl to kindly provide me the refund for the paid amount.
