For may 2019, the bill shared for me was for rs 5300.00 (Chalu biz deyak rs 3464.29 and ekun thakbaki jama rs. 1830.91). The “jama” amount was due to ignoring the payment by me on 220419 of rs. 1870. I talked to customer care, they checked and suggested to pay rs 3460 “the chalu biz deyak” part. They assured that the error would be corrected next month. However, the error continues. This month also there is “ekun that baki” of rs 1858.14 which has inflated the bill to rs 4310.00, which i have paid on 020719. “chalu biz deyak” is rs 2456.15. Only. Plz. Correct this. Due to heavy rain there was closure of power supply in our area but when the power supply restarted excluding our house rest of the houses are having pier supply. Since last two hours I am trying to contact the officers of department but they are not reachable...
I am facing so much problem.. Kindly do the needful

I have paid the last bill on 18 march of about 3150 i didn't pay the bill Or use the electricity from 28 match because my office building burned due to fire in bhandup but i still receive a bill of 7200 i didnt understand how
