This is really painful to explain laxity and corrupt practices of the officers at MSEB Kharghar Sector 12. being a responsible citizen of India i paid my each electricity bill on time but to my shock and surprise they generated a fraud/faulty bill without the photograph of bill meter. When i personally checked my bill meter then it was far less than what mentioned in the faulty bill. i am attaching both the original faulty bill for which meter reading(1493) was taken on 10.03.2016 and photograph of my bill meter reading (1315) taken on 18.03.2016 with my mobile phone. I also lodged a complain on MSEDCL Call Center no :[protected] complain no. is 3718321 dt 18.03.2016 but no action has been taken by the officials.
Plz take action again the officers responsible for this fraud and order them to regenerate the correct bill.

I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately.
I would specifically like to know if there is any kind of issue with my electricity meter, as I have been using the same amount of electricity as other months, and yet my bill is extremely higher.
I know that I have not been using more electricity than before and I have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances. Therefore, I believe there is a problem with my electricity meter.
