Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Faulty Meter & High Bill

Dear Sir,

Last one year nobody is available at home & your electrical engineer already visited at place & checked all condition, also
he given me in written your meter is faulty . Then also he sent me high bill & last five month I was paid that bill .
I was given written complaint to your local office as well as put complaint on Mahavitaran app but every few days complaint is
automatically close without resolving problem & this happened two to three time . I attached all request letter copy to the mail .

In this case I was given request letter & took follow- ups multiple time but not getting proper response. New meter is not available hence we are not able to replace meter, last two months this type of excuses given to me. If meter is not available then who is responsible for this ? what is actual TAT for replacement of meter .

I ask question to your customer care executive regarding new meter as well as meter reading . he said due to COVID-19 is not possible if we are accepted all of covid-19 condition then why he not understand our problem .

Still meter reading taking person not coming at home & you sent me high bill which not utilizes by me because no one available in room .

Sir you know every thing about condition of job & still we are struggling because of the lockdown situation not open totally . Company paid only half salary .In this salary I have to paid 4000 to 5000 for every month to you, Then how can I survive ? This people are going to give us a heart attack .

I took new connection two month before & last two month no one come for meter reading, last month I was sent meter reading . my Consumer number is[protected] & consumption unit is 448 you sent directly high bill Rs.3390 :
( 448 * 3 :- Rs.1344 ) I am not understand calculation for your bill

We really frustrated about system .

I requesting to you resolve my issue as early as possible . We are ready to pay minimum bill amount & actual consumption unit
