My monthly unit consumption is hardly 50 units for Rs, 410. I had raised a complaint last year in 2021 on 15th November 2021 for an incorrect bill of Rs. 1720. I had shared the meter reading with 5732 taken on 14th Nov 2021. It was then corrected to Rs. 410 & then I paid my bill. I kept getting high bills from Dec 2021 with 101 units around Rs. 700 when there was no one residing in the house ?
In Nov 2021 when meter reading was 5732 then how from December 2021 till May 2022 current reading is 0 & previous reading is 3075 ?. Unit Bill for 101 Rs 700 was paid out from Dec 2021 till May 2022.
June 2022 current reading is 5882 & previous reading is still 3075 ?. Unit Bill charged for Rs. 41, 900 with 2825 units ???
Why is the previous meter reading incorrectly given from Dec 2021 till June 2022 as 3075 when it was 5732 in Nov 2021 & so the bill is completely incorrect with a high bill due to incorrect previous reading input as 3075 in the bill entry as described above. I have raised online complaint twice since 24th June 2022 & have been emailing them on the same mail chain from Nov 2021 where the meter image was shared with them earlier with all details about wrong entry of meter reading but no one has contacted me no response neither there was any update on the incorrect bill revision. I call up customer care each time I explain from scratch history of the wrong entry they have done but all in vain. While I check online status it shows closed without any justification & I shared unresolved feedback still no actions. 3rd complaint was raised on 11th July & no update. They have been charging me wrong bill from Dec 2021 till June 2022 where I had paid all my bills till May 2022. My monthly bill is 410 always but I have been paying 700 from Dec 2021 till May 2022 & for June they charge me around 42 K. For July 2022 electricity bill unit is correct as 47 units of Rs. 410 but they have now charged me along with late fee of June total around is 43 K now asked to pay ? Was this information helpful? |
