Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — House is closed still electric bill is more than 900 rupees

I have flat in Badlapur in Maharashtra.[protected] It is close as, no one lives in it. But still I'm receiving electricity bill 1000+ rupees for a month. In last 06 month I have complain twice, after complain i got revised bill
In Dec 16 I have paid 200 as bill & now this month again 930 rupees
No electric equipment in house still so much bill
