Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — improper power supply

This complaint is related to MSEDCL power supply in Vasai Municipal Industrial Estate.The issue we have been facing is, there is no on- time information provided by MSEDCL towards power outage. Few incidents which have caused huge losses to my factory are as follows:
17th February : Power cut from 11.45am - 5.15pm
No information given. The reason for outage was repair / change of the transformer in one of the plots in our industrial estate. This was a planned activity and still no information was sent out.
17th May : Power cut was from 11.00am - 5.30pm
Information received at 8.36am. Sending out information in the morning of the power outage day does not make sense since our shift begins at 6.00am and the workers are already in the facility.
7th June : Power cut from 9.30am - 4.30pm
Information received on 6th June at 8.30pm

Besides the above there has been power outage for period ranging from 5 mins to 30 mins every day for about 7-10 times during the day. And upon calling up the supply office, they say this will happen because of wind and rains.

Sir, I run a frozen food facility and this facility needs continuous power supply. We cannot put on the generator overtime since it will consume a lot of diesel if put on just for about 5-10 mins.
This kind of power supply system has lead to a serious breakdown in my freezing systems. And before each monsoons we get a complete preventive maintenance done which costs us nearly Rs.2, 00, 000/-
We pay a bill of almost Rs. 2, 00, 000/- every month. Do we deserve this?

The officer in the MSEDCL office very proudly displays an award given by your esteemed department for "recovery of dues from defaulters" and sir today as a consumer I am asking you this question,
Is MSEDCL providing service in integrity to actually disconnect the lines when the consumers default in their payments.

Please look into this, since you are one of the important service providers.
