Dear Sir

I am a owner of a flat in Vasai - Chulna – 401201. I DO NOT LIVE IN VASAI. MY FLAT IS LOCKED and there is no usage of the electricity meter. Since March 2016 I have been receiving a bill of 560 per month for a consumption of 100 units. I have been constantly complaining about this error - visited the Electricity department office, raised multiple complaints online, through the call center...but to no avail. Every time they remove the pending arrears but the issue is at the bill generation level. Every month a bill with wrong amount gets generated and we are forced through the same complaint circle again. This has been going on since a year and yet there is no stringent action being taken by the Electricity department.

I have been suffering this pain for one year. Request you to please rectify this error in the bills permanently.

Why is my complaint reflecting as resolved when the issue yet continues and is very much open???? From last year March 2016 I am getting a wrong bill with 100 units electricity consumption where as my flat is LOCKED and there is ZERO - 0 consumption. Please check on priority

MY FLAT IS LOCKED and there is no usage of the electricity meter, consumption 0.

Inspite of multiple complaints and visits to your office, I continue to get a wrong monthly bill with 100 units of electricity consumption every month. I raise complaints but they get closed with no resolution. Please explain. Attached is a screen shot of some of the complaints raised, which are closed by MSEB without addressing the complaint.

I have paid INR 560 in February 2017 for the period January 2017 to November 2017 (11 months @50pm = 550 INR).

Request you to please rectify the error in the bills to reflect the correct bill amount.
