I had submitted a complaint in jan 17 about malfunctioning of the meter to your dahanukar colony office.
I was told that your meter is from rolex company and we do not have meters to replace.
A reminder was submitted in august.
Meter needs to be rectified / replaced.
I submitted complaint on your mobile app twice for which you had given a response that issue has been resolved.
Pl note meter still continues to malfunction.
I have been paying bill very regularly.
