Consumer no.[protected] meter no.[protected]
Sub.: meter not functioning (no display)
Respected sir / madam,
With reference to the above please note that, i have submitted complaint through msedcl website Service Request ID[protected] on 09/04/2022. but there is no status of complaint on msedcl website. when ask to mseb person they said they will charge 3000rs. for meter & 500 rs. for installation charge. however meter charges for same meter is 820rs. as per circular from MAHAVITRAN. NO. No. CE(Dist.)/M-III/ Schedule of Charges/ 09078 Date: 07.04.2020 Annexure C(COST OF METER, METERING CUBICLE ETC.) in this circular given that for LT Single Phase
a. 5-30A 6LoWPAN RF Meter without enclosure ₹ 820.00
& in same circular in Annexure E -Installation Testing Fees #
Low Tension Services
a. Single Phase ₹ 110.00 is given. then why we need to pay 3000rs.??.
You are requested to please send your electrical engineer / representative to verify meter and replace meter immediately with correct charges.
I humbly request you to rectify / replace the said meter immediately under intimation to me.
I aspect you co-operation and justification in the matter.
