Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — MSEB - Kalyan east--BU 4169 not replying for high bill and keep on increasing the interest rate every month.Fed up creating tickets since 6 months

Already raised multiple tickets with MSEB but no response.They are simply closing the ticket.
There was increase in bill amount in the month of Jan'20(1, 61, 900) & Feb'20(2, 16, 140) so we visited local MSEB kalyan branch.They told not to pay the bills for another 4 months.It will get adjusted in june month.After that every month the bill goes on increasing by 420 every month.Checked with MSEB support they told basic rate is Rs110 every month.Also this flat is locked since 2 yrs due to renovation.Meter is OFF.Every month 110 is acceptable.Everytime i talk to customer support they say it will get adjusted in next bill but i don't get any email or update from team.Due to this i have not paid any bills till december.Now the amount is 3840.
I need this to be addressed on priority.you can see clearly in bill consumption is 0 unit.

how many times should I raise ticket for high bill.. you are telling me not to pay the bill it will get adjusted in next bill.. you are increasing the bill every month.. how many times should i submit letter t kalyan.. are you not understanding what my concern???? for 0 consumption unit you are increasing bill monthly. i will post this on social media if i don't get my bill adjusted in 2 days... your taking person has taken wrong reading in jan and feb.. for 0 unit you billed me 1lakh 2lakh bill.. why you people are fooling public
