Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL — My meter is burnt but still today I have not received the new meter after the repeatedly complaining.

Dear Sir,
I request that i will should get the new meter as so as possible. My meter is burnt on 20/12/2020 & i have given the complaint after incident happened. But still know i have not received a new meter. So pls look into in seriously and i hope that as soon as possible i will get the new meter. I have also attached the recept for new meter purchased.
