Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Name Change Application not approved yet

I have file application for name change on light bill by application ID 29066363 for consumer No.[protected], Billing Units 0817-Hadpsar on dated 06/01/2021. still this application just shows received only, not approved or nor rejected yet, hence still I can't apply again for name change on light bill, so plz. approved this application as soon as or reject it immediately so I can apply newly
