There is no electricity/power since 11:37pm yesterday. Current time is 8:00am. No action has been taken yet. It happens every month at least once where power/electricity will be back only after 18 hours. There was no rain when power went down. Also there are frequently low voltage situations which causes damage to electrical appliances.

Please help resolve this issue asap since today is sunday
