I have applied for online name change from more than 6 months, No update from them.I have submitted all proofs online.I work so dont have time to visit And submit physically.Contacted to Customer case for mahavitran.They said visit office and submit physical document.

Please Look into it.I am not able to submit another request.

I had submitted a written application on 12th December 2018 about faulty meters for consumer numbers[protected] &[protected] at (address) 207/13-A, Defence Colony, janwadi, Pune- 411016.
The meters have not yet been replaced.
Request you to look into the matter.

Sir we are facing treamendous fluctuations in the electricity at our home due to which there is damage to the lights and other electronic gadgets so please do the needful as early as possible and give us the number of higher authority too to comunicate there with
