Our society was formed 6 yrs back and every month bill amt. Is paid by cheque.in sept.2018 a chq. Got bounced because, by oversight, cheque was signed by only 1 signatory instead of 2 signatories as required by the bank. It was not bounced for financial reasons. The dues were paid in cash on same day and no arrears were there. You can check the record.

This month when i went to pay the bill i was told that due to chq. Bounce in sept. From now on we can pay only in cash or dd. We are a society and cannot pay in cash. Till date we have been paying by cheque

Kindly ask the officials to allow us to pay by checque.
