[Resolved]  Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — payment done but not reflecting on portal

Hi team,

Have paid this month electricity bill through paytm application.in which it shows payment has been done successfully but still it is not reflecting mahadiscom website. That is on website their is payment history tab in which it is not showing i. E. It seems it is still pending. However have logged case with paytm but they asked to first contact to mahadiscom. Below mentioned are the required details which may help you to tackle the same.

1. Operator reference number: pay[protected]
2. Ca/ consumer number:[protected]
3. Date & time of order:[protected]

This issue got resolved by system itself while I received the new electricity bill. This MSEB personnel is not all concerned about their customer as they don't even take efforts to revert on mail also. From my side would give them 1 start out of 5 star i.e. worst experience.
Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
