I am prabhakar d tayade resident of badlapur east consumer no.[protected] have been facing a problem of meter reading is not been taken by mseb and sending average bill every month science january 2019 to may 2019.
Where in the case mobile application is not working properly so we personally have to submit the reading in the office.
And even after made an verbal complaint in the office the action was not taken by the authority
So i request you to please look in to the matter
And follow up asap.

    In last month bill and present month bill (April 2019 & may 2019)
    Last month reading was 103 & this month reading found 146 how is it possible
    Give me evidence.

    We have used power same in both month also no any high consumption things
    At our home like (Tv, freeze, motor), only 3 led type bulb we have using
    Pl check and revert

      I am anthony a ferreira am resident of flat no 6 shree lawns sno 651 nangargaon lonava. My mseb consumer no[[protected]]. We are facing a problem of heavy voltage fluctuation. Due to which our led lightings are fused frequently costing a huge loss for replacing them. We have a water heated (Gyeser) installed which when swicthed on, the mains (Mcb) trips when the voltage fluctuation occurs. We request msedcl (Lonavala) to rectify this at the earliest. Msedcl can even advise the actions to be take from our side if any. With best

          I got april 19 month bill of rs.2670 taking my current reading as 51310 on 22.04.2019. But when i checked my meter reading today i. E. 14.05.19 at 10.50pm, i found it as 4990. Therefore, it seems earlier reading was not correct. I request you to correct and provide the revised bill to enable me to pay it immediately.

            महोदय,

            माझे रेग्युलर वीज बिल हे सादाहरण 400 ते 500 या दरम्यान येत आहे पण ह्या महिन्यात 1300 बिल आलं आह. बिल वाढीच कारण विचारलं असता बिल रेट वाढलं आहे असे सांगण्यात येत वापर हा रेग्युलर आहे तेवढाच आहे. थोडं फार वाढल तर ठीक आहे पण हे बिल तिपटीने वाढल आहे. आणि बिल ही वेळेत येत नाही वीज बील भरायच्या 5 ते 6 दिवस आधी येत. विचारणा केल्यास आमचा काही संबंध नाही आम्ही कॉन्ट्रॅक्ट मध्ये आहोत तुम्हाला हवं असेल तर ऑफिसला चोकशी करा अशी उत्तर दिली जातात. तर प्लीज ह्यावर चौकशी करण्यात यावी ही नम्र विनंती.

              payment done but not reflecting on portal

              Hi team,

              Have paid this month electricity bill through paytm application.in which it shows payment has been done successfully but still it is not reflecting mahadiscom website. That is on website their is payment history tab in which it is not showing i. E. It seems it is still pending. However have logged case with paytm but they asked to first contact to mahadiscom. Below mentioned are the required details which may help...

              On 17-feb-2019, i complained to mseb and consumer complaints about high electricity bill issue. And after taking your immediate action, the complaint was solved successfully, thank you so much for that.

              They provided me a provisional bill on 7-march-2019 and out of 3 installments i have successfully paid 2 installments, and pending 1 installment i have to pay in next month.

              But still, the meter replacement is not done. Also, interest arrears amount, & adjust amount in both meters are not adjusted.

              On 30-april-2019, i also complained about their head department, but still, there is no reply from their side.

              Hope you will help in this regard.

                My march 2019 month consumption was 131 unit. It is increase to 212 in april 2019 month bill. Its practically not possible to increase the consumption unit increase by 81 unit. But i ignored it but this month it increased to 334. So i doubt there is an issue with your meter reading please check and resolve and adjust the bill in in next month bill.

                  Sub: low voltage supply & unnessary electricity cutting

                  I kashinath sindbandge is a consumer of your esteemed organization since last 10years and my billing unit is 4643 : shil s/dn.; residing at kalyanphata abhaynagar, mumbra/kalwa, thane-400612.

                  From last 2-3 weeks, we have unnessary electricity cutting in our area without any reason & after that they supply low voltage.
                  If there is genuine problem and cutting of electricity its ok but without any reason they cut the electricity for 1/2 day or sometimes whole day, specially in mid nights.in anyways electricity is already cutted on every friday so please help us to resolve this issue asap.

                      Sir past from few months we are facing problems because of fluctuations of voltage in electricity what is been provide through MSEDCL, on complaining there is no action taken yet and now from last 5, 6 days around 11pm to 12am at night time in our area electricity trips due to heavy load an on complaining the engineer who is in incharge ( Siddhart Khobragade ) of ballarpur area balaji ward ( district Chandrapur ) is not taking any action and even not answering our questions and not receiving any call.
                      We are finding difficult to sleep as it's summer, so it's our kindly request to you please take suitable action and help us.

                        Today on friday may 10 2019 there has been regular power cuts since evening 6pm.. This is happening in a city which is considered a smart city of maharashtra.. Pune warje area. These mseb people call and threaten to cut the electricity even if there is delay of two days in paying there bill but when it comes to delivering the service they are short of it. Pls look into this complaint at your earliest. Why should we pay for the period in which electricity supply is not there...???

                              विषय: अतिरिक्त बिल व यूनिट आकरण्यात आलेल्या रक्कमेचा परतावा (रिफंड) मिळणे बाबत तसेच मिटर मध्ये डिसप्ले दिसत नसल्यामुळे बदलून मिळणेबाबत.

                              महोदय,

                              मी श्री. केवलकुमार वा. पाटील वरील उल्लेख केलेल्या पत्त्यावर राहत असून सदर फ्लॅट हा मी इण्वेस्ट्मेंट करण्याच्या उद्देदशाने घेतला आहे व सदर फ्लॅटवर मी पंधरा दिवसातून 1 ते 2 वेळाच येतो तसेच आम्ही दाम्पत्य ज्येष्ठ नागरिक (सीनियर सिटिजन) असून सततच्या आजारपणामुळे मुंबईत मुलीकडेच वास्तव्यास असतो. मी आपल्या निदर्शनास आणू देवू इच्छितो की, ऑगस्ट-2016 पासून माझे मीटर बंद / डिसप्ले दिसत नसल्या बाबत आजपर्यंत अनुक्रमे दिनांक.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] तसेच[protected] रोजी आपणाकडे लेखी तक्रार केली आहे. परंतु अजून पर्यंत संबंधित डिपार्टमेंट कडून कोणत्याही प्रकारची दखल घेण्यात आली नाही.

                              मी आपणास कळवू इच्छितो की, जुलै-2016 पर्यंत माझे मीटर चालू होते व डिसप्ले देखील व्यवस्थित दाखवत होता तसेच सर्व बिलाचा भरणा मी वेळेवर केलेला आहे परंतु ऑगस्ट-2016 पासून ते डिसेंबर-2018 पर्यंत म्हणजे तब्बल 29 महीने आपल्या विभागा मार्फत सरासरी 138 यूनिटचे बिल रुपये 850/- ते 1000/- पर्यंत आकरण्यात आले व ते माझ्याकडून भरण्यात आले असून संबधित पावत्या माझ्याकडे आहेत. परंतु जानेवारी-2019 मध्ये मला अचानक 4380 यूनिटचे 66720/- रुपयाचे बिल आकारण्यात आले त्या नंतर मी आपल्या कार्यालयात येऊन विचारणा केली असता रुपये 100/- बिल भरण्यास संगितले व त्याचा मी ऑनलाइन भरणा केला. परंतु फेब्रुवारी-2019 मध्ये परत 1553 यूनिटचे 22860/- रुपयाचे बिल मला पाठवण्यात आले त्या नंतर मी आपल्या कार्यालयात दि. 06.03.2019 रोजी येऊन विचारणा केली असता मला मीटर इन्सपेक्शन रीपोर्ट लागेल असे सांगण्यात आले त्यानुसार मी आपला कर्मचारी श्री. खेडकर यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला असता त्यांनी दि. 06.03.2019 रोजी स्वतः येऊन सदर जागेवर इन्सपेक्शन केले व रीपोर्ट दिला त्यात असे निदर्शनास आले की, प्रत्यक्षपणे फक्त 4404 यूनिट मीटर डिसप्ले करत आहे. त्यानंतर मी माझ्याकडे असलेल्या भरणा करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व बिलांचा तपशील तपासाला असता मला खालील प्रमाणे आढळून आले.

                              वरील प्रमाणे तपासणी केली असता असे आढळून आले की, तब्बल 1961 यूनिटचे अतिरिक्त बिल आपल्या कार्यालया मार्फत आकारण्यात आले व ते माझ्याकडून भरणा करण्यात आले व हा सर्व तपशील मी आपले कर्मचारी श्री. आशीष व श्री. माने साहेब यांच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिला व ते त्यांनी तुम्हच्या बूक तपशीलाशी तुलना करून मान्य ही केले व मला सांगण्यात आले की, पुढील महिन्यापासून बिल व्यवस्थित दुरूस्ती करून येईल परंतु मार्च-2019 चे बिल मिळाले असता ते तब्बल 44020/- रुपयांचे आले आहे तशी लेखी तक्रार मी दिनांक २२.०३.२०१९ रोजी आपल्या कार्यालयात दिली आहे तसेच मला तोंडी आश्वासन देण्यात आले की पुढील महिन्यात दुरूस्ती करून बिल पाठवण्यात येईल, ही आहे मार्च -2019 पर्यंतची परिस्थिति परंतु एप्रिल-२०१९ चे बिल मिळाले असता ते 44820/- रुपयांचे आले आहे म्हणजे अजूनपर्यंत कुठल्याही प्रकारची दखल आपल्या अथवा कार्यालयामार्फत घेतली गेली नाही.

                              तसेच मी आपल्या निदर्शनास आणू देऊ इच्छितो की, मी दिनांक 22.04.2019 रोजी स्वतः माझ्या मिटर ची फोटो इमेज काढली असता चालू रीडिंग 4571 यूनिट अशी दाखवते त्याची छायाप्रत मी सोबत जोडत आहे. म्हणजे एकंदरीत परिस्थिति लक्षात येईल ती खालील प्रमाणे असेल.

                              तरी मी महोदयाना विनंती करतो की, वरील दिलेला तपशील तपासून योग्य ती दखल घेऊन 1794 यूनिट ची अतिरिक्त भरणा रक्कम मला परत (रिफंड) मिळण्यासाठी सहकार्य करावे व पुढील येणार्यात बिलांमध्ये योग्य ती अंतिम फेरफार करण्यात यावी जेणेकरून आम्ही ज्येष्ठ नागरिक असल्याकारणाने व वयोमानांनुसार होत असलेल्या आजारपणामुळे आम्हाला सतत आपल्या कार्यालयात फेर्या मारण्यामुळे होणारा त्रास टाळता येईल. तसेच मी विनंती करतो की, जर मीटर मध्ये काही प्रॉब्लेम असतील तर मला जुना मीटर बदलून नवीन मीटर देण्यात यावा.

                              वरील सर्व प्रकार लक्षात घेऊन योग्य ती उपाययोजना करण्यात येईल अशी अपेक्षा.

                                There have unnecessary and frequent power cuts which have started here in virar west gokul township area by mseb
                                What is the reason? We don't know and neither there is any update on the power cuts from mseb
                                Power cut started from 11:15pm and still by 12.32 the electricity is not up!! Neither any of the mseb office number works and by chance if it's ringing no one answers the call!
                                Are we living in the 21st century?? Inspite of paying regular and exorbitant bills we have to go through this hell on daily basis!!
                                Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I had paid my electricity bill of april month through online payment on 07/05/2019, for amount rs.1830. That time amount of rs. 1830 was deducted from my hdfc credit card account but transactions failed due to some error occurred. Now payment of april month is not showing on the official website of msedcl, not in bill history and payment history. So i request you to please look into the matter and refund me rs. 1830 in my account.

                                    This is with respect to the remaining work which was carried out ten years back of laying the supply wires of mseb underground. Even after a long span the work of 100 meters is yet to be completed. The trees under the wires needs to be cut at regular intervals also if the main wires are laid underground it will prevent future accidents.
