Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Payment done online via scanning QR Code through BHIM UPI, but not credited in my account

Please refer to my consumer number[protected] Name : SMT INDUBAI RAMDAS YETRE, City : Nagpur. Refer to Bill Number (CGN) : [protected] Dated[protected] Bill Amount : Rs. 2, 340.00. I have made payment of this bill on date[protected] via scanning QR Code by BHIM UPI APP and payment was successful. UPI Transaction ID is :[protected] Time : 08:34 PM, amount : Rs. 2, 340.00. BHIM UPI Payment successful screenshot is attached herewith. But till now payment not credited into my above account. I have also sent an email to : [protected]@mahadiscom.in, giving them all details as above and also the payment proof. This email was sent to them on date 17 May 2023, but still payment not credited into my above account. MSEDCL team should take care of this and resolve the case.
