Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — qr code payment done but not reflecting in account

I made a payment of rs.2200/- to msedcl being the electricity bill for feb 2020 of my residence at kharghar on 1st march 2020. This payment was made by scanning the qr code shown in the bill through upi in google pay but the company has not updated my payment receipt on its site. I am an l t consumer and my details are as under:
