Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — refund against rejected online application for new connection | |||
Dear sir, I have applied for 2nd connection online on msedcl portal in the month of january 2018, but same got rejected as 2nd connection on the same name/wiring is not possible as per msedcl rules. I had paid rs. 2329/- video receipt no. Lur[protected] for new connection application no. 11916352 dt. 1jan 2018. For refund of the same i have given written application to local msedcl office at nallasopara west. And also sent several mails to follow us for the same. But till date after almost 16 months passed no refund or no reply from the authority received. Request you to help regarding this matter.
