It has been more than 3 years now since the permanent disconnect was done.
MSEB has not returned the deposit. We applied several times to the local office.
There is no response to our letters.

My electric meter Consumer no.[protected] is permanently disconnected
In September, 2019 and after that I have submitted all the necessary documents asked by MSEDCL on 3rdOct, 2019, to get the refund of my Security deposit of Rs.3500/-, but till date I have not received any information about it. I enquired many a times in MSEDCL'S office, they say it's still in the process. Please let me know the status of my security deposit refund.
