I, am living at Ambegaon, Pune. I have made a written complaint for couldn't getting a electricity bill from past 8 months. After following personally so many times they have checked the meter and found faulty. Now I am waiting for my meter replacement since last 6 months have passed but still it's not replaced. I have contacted many persons but in vain.I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IS SUFFICIENT FOR SUCH ISSUES BUT CERTAINLY NOT 6 MONTHS,

1. I request you please replace my existing Electricity Meter. For the last several years, it has always been the cause of high bills, not in proportion to usage. I can understand a high bill in summer but disproportionately very high bill points to a defective meter.
2. The bill was never so high in April of any year, or May, like the recent one.
2. Kindly arrange for a replacement with a brand new meter as old ones repaired or simple meter testing would not solve the problem permanently.

Hello,
We got high bill in may 2022. And that time we realised that it’s mentioned faulty meter on bill. As per sus road, Pune office engineer’s instructions we raised complaint regarding test of faulty meter. We got the result ‘ non faulty’ . Now we are requesting them to revise our bill . But now they are saying that any ways we have to replace our meter because that brand is anyway giving faulty meter. We are really frustrated. I am living at my parents house in Mumbai for some pregnancy treatment. I can not travel for this every time. Please it’s a request to solve this issue asap.
