We got high bill in may 2022. And that time we realised that it’s mentioned faulty meter on bill. As per sus road, Pune office engineer’s instructions we raised complaint regarding test of faulty meter. We got the result ‘ non faulty’ . Now we are requesting them to revise our bill . But now they are saying that any ways we have to replace our meter because that brand is anyway giving faulty meter. We are really frustrated. I am living at my parents house in Mumbai for some pregnancy treatment. I can not travel for this every time. Please it’s a request to solve this issue asap.

2. The bill was never so high in April of any year, or May, like the recent one.
2. Kindly arrange for a replacement with a brand new meter as old ones repaired or simple meter testing would not solve the problem permanently.
