Hello,
I have 2 br apartment in wagholi, pune in complex name solacia. Mesb meter was installed in june 2018. Since the installation of meter we were receiving wrong bill (Very high) as meter was faulty. Many residents had same issue.
We opened many complaints and visited concerned office many times.
Wagholi officer told us to keep paying 2500/- per month as average bill promising that they will fix the meter. We have been paying 2500/- which is even high (Monthly consumption should not be more than 1000/-, apartemnet does not have any ac etc. Just bulb light and fan) and only old women and her son lives there.
Finally meter was replaced in oct 2018. But still we received bill of 40000/-. Actually consumption is below rs. 1000/- but rs. 39000/ — arrears were added to the bill.
Since june 2018 till date we have made total payment of rs 15470/-. It is 8 months since the meter was installed.in 8 months we should not have paid more than rs 8000/- considering rs 1000/- per month of bill. But we paid just double. We are ok what we have paid.
But now on top of that we received bill of rs 40000/-. What a scam. Why crushing honest and law abiding consumer with this burden.
When i call customer care, they keep transferring the call to one another. Is there anyone who can help us?
I request kindly please fix my bill. I hope someone will hear my request.
