Mahadiscom — Online bill payment not registered even after giving successful payment Receipt

Hello, I paid my electricity bill online on 21st March 2015. The bill amount was Rs. 380. I was out of station for some months and when I came back, the electricity Meter was not there.I enquired in the Electricity department(MAHADISCOM) and they said that "They did not accept the transaction as it was below Rs 1000) and now they are charging Rs 2200 for re installing Electricity Meter along with late payment Fees. Upon enquiring online, I got the below facts: 1. There in no restriction on transaction below Rs. 1000.It is mentioned NOWHERE 2. Many users in Maharashtra do a monthly online transaction that is below 1000. 3. There own website has an online instruction page where they instruct how to pay an online bill of Rs. 140. I have my successful payment receipts and bills with me available. Please refund my money and install the meter as soon as possible as there was no fault from my end. My consumer id is[protected]
