Application form was submitted on 08/09/2018 along with all documents and cheque for connection.
Till date there has been no response from the MGL. Tried calling customer service too but no one picks up the call. We can only hear the music in between the voice saying 'please wait while we transfer your call'. It is not always possible to go and enquire at the office.
Why is there no response after taking the money. At least they can pick up the call and tell us why it's taking so long.
Request you to please look into this matter and supply connection asap.
Couldn't find what category to put the complaint under so have put utility services
