I have been continuously calling the customer call center & sending mails for the refund of security deposit & excess bill amt paid for gas pipeline for the last 8 months but the same is not being done. Every time I call the call center I get a reply saying we will call you back back or send mail but I have never received any calls or emails regarding the same.
It's been more than 9 months since we have disconnected the gas pipeline but the refund has not been received. I agree that the offices were closed for some months due to covid, but now most of the offices have opened but still even after constant follow-ups I have not received my refund.
Please guide what needs to be done to get my own money back.
