No action taken for wrong billing.
Notices have been passed for disconnection after going through such a bad situation of Lockdown . continues harrasment is done to me and my family for wrong billing .inspite of knowing the fact that we are having a covid patient the tele caller are Continously harrasing for money .even after we requested to submit a proper Bill we are ready to pay, the telecaller are just harrasing us.if MGL is supporting such a wrong activity of the telecaller, then we would wish to Lodge a compliant on such people.
