I CA no[protected] has been billed for rs 1174 for Dec 15 vide bill no[protected] DT 14/12/2015 with previous as well as current reading as1235 without any visit by your meter reader & actual reading as on date is only 1152. Moreover your bill shows zero consumption & still billed.
