Mahanagar Gas — Gas connection not received and no response from the Vigilance department

Address:Block G-33, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) Mumbai-400051

This is on behalf of MRS. Savita Mittra. We had applied for a gas connection for Mrs.Mittras' flat in CBD Belapur for which, the payment has also been done. We are yet to receive the gas connection.
Tried reaching customer care and the vigilance department but all we are getting is fake promises and no responses all the time.

Kindly help.
