Very bad service
Got a bill amount which was more than twice, hence we raised a complaint after discussing with the mgl service people for leakage /meter checking. As per the mgl the request would have resolved within 7 days, but no 1 showed up for more than a month inspite of repeated reminders (More than 25) to be precise
After 35 days contractor visited and detected leakage and fixed it after paying some fee, but we were told to pay entire bill which was more than twice almost thrice inspite of no fault. Moreover as these people provided service after 35 days more units were added which had an effect on the next bill too, service centre has no answers, they never consider this a fault of mgl we will end uppaying bill of entire year for bill of 4 months.
Shame on these guys for blaming customer no matter whose fault it is and motivating their staff to be arrogant and ignorant to do their work Was this information helpful? |
we are using mahanagar gas for last month bill we get bill of Rs 3090
as its used only for residence
our meter was faulty it was changed twice for last 3 yrs recently changed on 2nd april2017 for last three bills we have average billing of 350 to 200 rupees
after complaining local authority no one is taking action
