Mahanagar Gas — Kunjal jani- goregaon west-delay in new connection (bp no. [protected] & ca no.[protected] of gas pipeline

We have applied for new connection in May-2021 with required security deposit but even after six month we have not received any connection from MGL. we are surprised to see the customer service from MGL. we have been doing follow through mails from last 6 month but not getting any response. Our complaint docket no is 5781684.
