I am an existing customer of MGL and since years Most of the time (80%) I get my bill on assumption basis. My complaint no is 2412867 . I am always at home but I could hardly see their reader visited my premises and not even any yellow paper(which they say they use to put at door when someone is not at home) . previously also I complained in Dec 2014 but again same thing is happening. i spoke to their customer care executive he said to file complaint in consumer court because he is not able to answer and its their policy they bill every second bill on assumption basis. My CA no. is [protected] if you could take any action against it. It will be really helpful for me and other customers too.
