For the last 3 months we have been corresponding with MGL for the shifting of wrongly located Service Regulators. MGL send a contractor for site visit who after much follow up gave a quotation with condition that we should pay the contractor directly.
Hence we wrote again to MGL asking them to give us instructions to pay directly to their so called approved contractor. When we call MGL helpline to inquire they confirm verbally but are silent as to why not give in writing the payment instructions. They promise to come back with the response and the subject is closed.
First and foremost the service regulators to be shifted have been placed in wrong location in our society parking car path. The vehicles have already damaged one number and another hit could result in a disaster with gas leak. In fact we even agreed to pay their contractor but we cannot proceed due payment issue.

We tried to reach MGL Nodal Officer but is never reachable with the phone number available with us ([protected]).
