Mahanagar Gas — new gas connection not done after 4 months

I have applied for gas pipe connection in fberuary 2018.
Its been 4 months but my connection work is not started yet.
I paid a amount of 6500 by credit card on february 2018.

We have been continuously following up with mgl customer care number but there's no response from them.
Since februaryi have been following up with mgl. They kept on giving dates but no action was taken from there side

Please respond, when it will get completed?
