Mahanagar Gas — No pipeline gas connection done till date

In spite of my several complaints till date no one has come to do the pipe line connection for the gas in my flat. One person had called last month bearing number [protected] and said he will becoming but never turned up. After two weeks when i called him, he said he never called and asked me not to call him again and asked to call on [protected].in spite of all the efforts nothing is done till date. Can you solve it at the earliest. My address is
