Mahanagar Gas — non refund of deposit amount

Dear team,

My bp no is [protected]. Name sandeep gawade. I have been following up with customer care of mahanager gas from last 3 month for refund of deposit amount given for installation of meter as i am no more interested in taking the gas service from you where there is lack of customer centric approach.
Every month i called at the beggining of the month to give my money back. Answer is "your refund is under process & will be given at end of month. It is mental agony created by your staff.
I need urgent solutions to my complaints with full refund.
I am comman man fighting for my right i. E my hard earned money.
