[Resolved] Mahanagar Gas — Not get connection of PNG from last 6 months passed

I have applied for PNG connection in the month of June 2016 now we are going to complete the December month 2016 almost 5.5 Months gone.

Still not got the connection were my neighbor paid Rs 3000/- Extra & got the connection within 3 Days

Kindly take strict action against them

My complain has not been resolved how you people can show the status that its been resolved I want the connection at my place.. Rahul name person called me & while talking only the call got disconnect he was saying me about the money to be credited back, Let me make it clear i dont want the money back i want the connection Kindly help in that case.
