Mahanagar Gas — not providing png for our society

Our scy new roop mahal chs located at mumbai pin 400016 mahim west senapati bapat road. We are trying to get piped natural gas connection for the last ten years. We have visited bandra kurla complex office several times/ written to them several times but so far we did not get gas connection. Our prospectus no. [protected] docket no.2316888. For the last 10 years we are getting replies from mahanagar 1) bmc is not giving permission 2) there is a leakage in the pipline which is to be rectified 3) in this years budget it is not possible. We requested our area corporator ward g/north madame sheetal gambhir to help us and she agreed provided she receives application from mahanagar gas. The society members who are visiting bkc office and are trying to get connection have become senior citizens by now. Can you please look into the matter and help us.
