MGL Docket NO - 4268226
We have been following up with MGL for last four years for PNG Gas connection in our premises. We have visited their MGL Building in Bandra Kurla Complex, from where we were sent to their service center at BKC (family court). We tried to submit the application and the registration form with fees there but the staff directed us to go to their Tardeo office. At their Tardeo office we were informed that MGL marketing officer would visit us and complete the registration process. but no one has turned up. We had also contacted their online dept and were visited by Mr Kamble who said that since our application is offline he cannot accept our request. We have been in touch with their call center (Mr Chandan Mahane / Ms Shweta many more) and they assure a call back which never comes. The only call back that we receive is a feddback to rate their call. Also when we requested the contact details of the nodal officer Mr Rishi Kumar and Mr Elaviya, they refused also the number available on the website doesnot exists. We have a gas box installed in our building premises, the only thing MGL had to do was extend the pipeline. A new customer wanting PNG connection is struggling for last four years, the dilemma is what after getting the connection???? Was this information helpful? |
