This is in regards to our ref. No. 6137837 . BP no.[protected]. Our payment made towards the application for new connection on 14/01/2022. We write with regret that no initiative has been taken by your department in regards to the providing services from your end. We have made several phone calls to the customer care but no satisfactory reply is been given to us.
I would be compelled to proceed to consumer court and also will have to proceed for the cancellation along with charges of harassment caused to the senior citizen customer.
