Mahanagar Gas — Refitting the gas line | |||||
It is a harrowing experience with Mahanagar Gas contact centre. Inspite of logging a call 7 days before no one has come to refit the gas pipe. First call logged on 30th Sep and received a ticket number. When I chased on 2nd October I was told request is being forwarded. When I called on 3rd I was told call is logged only on 2nd October which is incorrect and they do not have reference of the ticket first raised. Each time I am just told 7 days time. On 5th October 15 when I call back I am told they have no trace of the original ticket and first ticket is logged on 2nd so the end date is 9th October. Extremely callous contact centre with no process / procedure or escalation matrix in place. We are just left at their mercy. I am not sure if they are going to again state teh same thing that complaint is logged on 5th and quote another 7 days.
