This is with reference to your letter ref: mgl/dn/rrm/mc/2017-18/sy/00278 dated[protected] received by me on 07.06.2017, i mr nandkishore j joshi would like to inform you that i have never received any intimation from your end regarding the faulty/defective meter since last 10 years. I feel the company should have informed me immediately at the time only when you noticed my meter is defective & had it replaced, but it did not happened and now after 10 years you have send me a debit note of rs.13237/- which is not liable and i am unable to pay the same.
I have not got any written correspondence or any report from the company about the meter being faulty/defective even after regular visits done by your technician since last 10 years. So now suddenly i fail to understand this how come the meter has become faulty/defective?
I have been regularly paying all my bills on timely basis as received & as per the usage. Being a retired senior citizen my usage is very less and i personally feel the debit note raised by you is null & void. So i request you to cancel the same at the earliest or else i will be forced to raise the complaint online in consumer forum for the same. Was this information helpful? |
